All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner and in accordance with standard industry practices. Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications that result in additional costs will be performed only upon authorization and will be billed as extra charges beyond the original estimate. We are not responsible for damage to underground hazards discovered during stump grinding or removal. This includes, but is not limited to, pipes, sprinklers, concrete, bricks, windows, rain gutters, antennas, small plants, and shrubs.

Payment by cash or check is due upon completion of the job unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.
The estimate is valid for 60 days.

Acceptance of Proposal – By approving this proposal, the client agrees that the prices and specifications are satisfactory and accepts all terms and conditions contained within this contract.
